These terms apply when you book tickets for Auris. Please read them before purchasing.
Booking
Tickets are sold through our ticketing provider, Resident Advisor, and are also subject to the provider’s terms. A booking is confirmed once payment is taken and you receive confirmation.
Prices and fees
Prices are as shown at the point of sale. A booking fee may apply.
Refunds and exchanges
Tickets are non-refundable except where required by law or where an event is cancelled or materially changed. To request an exchange [if offered], contact [bookings@aurisfestival.com] no later than a week before the event; exchanges are subject to availability.
Cancellation or changes by us
If we cancel a day or event, you’ll be entitled to a refund of the face value of affected tickets. Programme details may change; we’ll aim to give reasonable notice. We’re not liable for travel or accommodation costs.
Admission
Tickets must be shown (printed or on a device) on entry. We may refuse admission or remove anyone behaving in breach of our Code of Conduct, without refund.
Latecomers
Some performances cannot admit latecomers once they have begun; you may be admitted at a suitable break or not at all, at the venue’s discretion. No refunds for latecomers.
