What we collect and why

We only collect what we need. Mailing list: your name and email when you sign up for festival updates. Tickets: bookings are processed by our ticketing provider, [Resident Advisor], who collect your name, contact and payment details under their own privacy policy; we receive booking and attendance information. Enquiries: if you contact us, we will keep your message and details for our response.

Website analytics: anonymised information about how the site is used.

Who we share it with

We don’t sell your data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the festival — our email platform [Mailchimp], our ticketing provider [Resident Advisor] and website/analytics providers — and where legally required.

How long we keep it

We keep mailing-list data until you unsubscribe. Booking records are kept for 12 months for accounting and legal purposes.

Your rights

You can access, correct, delete or restrict your personal data, object to processing, and request portability. Unsubscribe from emails any time via the link in any message. To exercise a right, contact [privacy@aurisfestival.com].
